The CPR Girl offers the following class formats of The American Red Cross as well as the American Heart Association

CPR ONLY Training or Recertification Includes:

-This covers scene safety, victim awareness, compressions and breaths for children and adults, understanding and using AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator), as well as learning what to do in various choking situations, including people in wheelchairs. You'll learn what to do in various emergencies, helping to save others and yourself.

BLS (Basic Life Support) Training or Recertification Includes:

-This covers scene safety, victim awareness, compressions and breaths for infants, children, and adults, understanding and using AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator), as well as learning what to do in various choking situations, including people in wheelchairs. There will be a test at the end. I follow the American Heart Association for this course as many medical positions require it.

CPR & First Aid Training or Recertification Includes:

 – This covers scene safety, victim awareness, compressions and breaths for infants, children, and adults, understanding and using AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator), as well as learning what to do in various choking situations. You'll learn what to do in various emergencies, helping to save others and yourself.  Using an inhaler, allergic reactions and epinephrine pens, heart attacks, ,strokes, seizures, STOP THE BLEED including external bleeding, treating severe cuts/lacerations, what to do in an amputation situation, utilizing and making a tourniquet sprains, burns, and broken bones, managing shock, concussions, spine injuries, eye injuries, heat and cold related emergencies, environmental injuries such as bites from snakes, spiders, or ticks, making your own first aid kit, diabetes and low blood sugar, and much more…may request CPR only

1-10 students $20 per student

Bloodborne Pathogens, Hepatitis, Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Removal & Bio Hazard Protocol Training Includes:

– This course covers the transmission of bloodborne pathogens, methods of preventing exposure, and the appropriate actions to take if exposed to infectious materials. It meets the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard.
